Qigong and Intuition combines the mindful arts of breathing, movement, and awareness to awaken and re-connect ourselves with our inner wisdom, or the Higher Self. Our practice is rooted in timeless principles of intuitive Qigong (National Qigong Association) and embodied movement.
In this space, Qigong is not performance.
It is presence.
It is breath woven with movement… stillness woven with awareness… an invitation to listen beneath the surface.
Qigong & Intuition is a personal practice of tuning to the unseen- to the rhythms of the body, the breath of the land, and the voice of inner knowing.
It is a return to embodied sensing- to trust what you feel, rather than simply what you are told.
The Practice
Each session draws from gentle Qigong flows, intuitive standing forms, and still meditative pauses- blending structured sequences with open, exploratory movement.
